Our principals have over 30 yrs of experience providing high quality construction services in both residential and commercial sectors. While we can build to any specification, we have the added expertise in green & energy efficient construction. Regardless of the project, Customer Satisfaction is our highest priority.

Who We Are
President: Jeremy Gustavel has brokered over $75 Million of Multi-Family real estate transactions, consisting of over 40 transactions and over 1200 units in the greater Seattle area. After learning from one the Northwest's savviest real estate investors from 1997 through 2001, Jeremy began investing himself as a principal in commercial real estate. Since 2000 Jeremy has owned over $17,000,000 in local apartment real estate. Jeremy's focus within Plus One Properties is property analysis and acquisition, as well as overall company management and investor relations. Jeremy is also the Owner and Broker of Washington Home Realty.

Vice President: Casey Bishop began his real estate and construction career in 2006 by working for co-founder, Jeremy Gustavel, as a construction project manager, leasing agent, and real estate sales associate. In 2007, only one year after working with Jeremy to successfully acquire, renovate, and lease apartments, Casey became a Managing Partner of Plus One Properties. Since his inception as Managing Partner, Casey has been instrumental in the overall business development of Plus One Properties and in the formation of Plus One Construction. Casey's focus within Plus One Properties is business development and marketing, as well as investor relations and due dilligence. Casey's focus within Plus One Construction is overall management, client relations, sales/marketing and design.

Construction Project Manager: Shawn Schneider has over 25 years of experience in the construction and remodel industry. Throughout those 25 years Shawn has done everything from carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work to overseeing crews in excess of 500 workers. From beginning to end Shawn can be trusted with successfully completing even the most difficult and unusual projects. In 2009 Shawn became a Partner in Plus One Construction. Shawn leads our entire construction division as his primary role with the Company.

Property Manager/ Leasing Agent/ Sales Associate: Charissa Green started working for Plus One Properties in 2007 as an Executive Assistant and then later branched out taking on the roles of Property Manager, Leasing Agent, and Real Estate Sales Associate. Charissa learned quickly how to effectively market and fill vacant apartments, resolve tenant issues, and market our company listings. Today she has unmatched skills in the property management arena. Charissa is also instrumental in all aspects of marketing our Company.

Associate: Kip Wassink's role within Plus One Properties is broad in scope, including marketing, investor relations, property acquisition, fundraising and establishing mutually beneficial strategic alliances. Kip purchased his first investment property in the spring of 2000 and has been a landlord ever since. In 2005, Kip began educating himself in other areas of real estate investing and continued to add to his knowledge base and experience by performing lease options, rehabs, and small apartment building acquisitions. In 2007 Kip was invited to become a part of Plus One Properties, contributing to the success of the company in several different ways. Independently, Kip also teaches children with special needs as an additional way of giving back to our community.

Associate: Scott Simpson brings vast real estate experience to our company. Scott has owned over 700 apartment units in his real estate investing career. A retired Boeing Engineer by trade, Scott amassed a real estate fortune from virtually nothing, as a part time real estate investor starting in 1990.
