Managing Member > Plus One Capital LLC: Jeremy Gustavel has brokered over $75 Million of Multi-Family real estate transactions, consisting of over 40 transactions and over 1200 units in the greater Seattle area. After learning from one the Northwest's savviest real estate investors from 1997 through 2001, Jeremy began investing himself as a principal, in commercial real estate. Since 2000 Jeremy has owned over $17,000,000 in local apartment real estate. Jeremy's focus within Plus One Properties is property analysis and acquisition, as well as overall company management and investor relations. Jeremy is also the Owner and Broker of Washington Home Realty.

Managing Member > Plus One Capital LLC: Kurt Fisher Before joining with Plus One Capital,Kurt founded Gibraltar which amassed a portfolio of $150 Million dollars in commercial properties in Washington state. With 22 years of commercial real estate experience, Kurt has been involved with over $500 Million in commercial property transactions in his career. Kurt has a proven expertise in identifying, negotiating, structuring, and planning investment property acquisitions.

Managing Member > Plus One Capital LLC: Steve Lazoff Before joining Plus One Capital, Steve founded and managed Aquatic Research, Inc, an environmental laboratory and consulting business in Seattle. After 25 years in business he sold the company in 2005 and began working with Kurt Fisher as an investor. He has been an owner of commercial, multifamily, and single family income property for thirty five years. Steve brings 40 years of business management and client relations experience to Plus One Capital.

Managing Member >Plus One Construction & Plus One Plumbing: Casey Bishop began his real estate and construction career in early 2006 by working as a construction project manager, leasing agent, and real estate sales associate. Later in 2007, Casey focused his energy toward the Construction department where he now dedicates the bulk of his time. Casey Manages and oversees all of Plus One Capital's construction projects, as well as all outside non-Plus One projects. Additionally, Casey serves as the CFO, chief estimator and overall project manager for Both Plus One Construction and Plus One Plumbing. The quality of work that Casey and his team perform is truly exceptional and is a key component in the successful Plus One strategy.
